We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role offers an opportunity to work across a wide range of design projects including corporate branding, print publications, event branding, exhibition graphics, digital marketing, presentations, and short-form video content.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in print and digital design, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to create visually compelling communication across multiple formats. From brochures and reports to exhibition signages, social media campaigns, and event branding, you will play an important role in shaping the visual identity of our brands and events.

You will collaborate closely with marketing, business development, editorial, events, and digital teams in a fast-paced environment that values creativity, ownership, quality, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Print & Corporate Design

• Design brochures, company profiles, magazines, reports, whitepapers, catalogues, flyers, advertisements, and other print collaterals.
  
• Create logos, brand identity elements, infographics, illustrations, icons, and presentation decks.
  
• Prepare print-ready artwork while ensuring high standards of typography, layout, colour consistency, and production quality.
  
• Coordinate with print vendors whenever required.
  

Event & Exhibition Branding

• Design complete branding for conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events.
  
• Create stage backdrops, LED screen creatives, standees, banners, registration counters, kiosks, exhibition booth graphics, directional signages, welcome panels, badges, certificates, lanyards, agenda boards, and other venue branding materials.
  
• Develop digital assets for event promotion before, during, and after the event.
  
• Ensure brand consistency across all event touchpoints.
  

Digital & Marketing Design

• Design social media creatives, campaign visuals, website banners, emailers, newsletters, advertisements, and promotional assets.
  
• Develop visual content for marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
  
• Create reusable design templates for marketing and communication teams.
  

Video & Multimedia

• Edit short videos for social media, corporate promotions, event highlights, interviews, and marketing campaigns.
  
• Create simple motion graphics, animated titles, transitions, reels, and promotional videos.
  
• Support production of visual content for digital platforms and presentations.
  

Collaboration & Creative Excellence

• Work closely with marketing, editorial, events, sales, and digital teams to understand design requirements.
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  
• Maintain consistency across brand guidelines and visual communication.
  
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and creative techniques.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio covering print, branding, events, and digital media.
  
• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  
• Strong understanding of typography, layout design, colour theory, branding, and print production.
  
• Experience designing brochures, marketing collaterals, event branding, and corporate communication materials.
  
• Ability to create visually engaging designs with excellent attention to detail.
  
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Filmora, DaVinci Resolve, or similar video editing software.
  
• Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation.
  
• Familiarity with UI/web layouts, HTML emailers, WordPress, or other CMS platforms.
  
• Experience in designing exhibition booths, conference branding, corporate events, or marketing campaigns.
  
• Photography, videography, or AI-assisted design experience will be an added advantage.
