The specialist will conduct outreach to alumni and donors via phone, email, and text to build relationships and solicit donations. They are also responsible for sharing university news and accurately updating donor information in the database.
Applicants must be currently enrolled students in good academic standing with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems, and a genuine interest in the university's mission are required.
