About the Role:

The CNC Machinist Setup/Operator plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process by setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the machining process, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a CNC machinist or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with measuring tools and quality control standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in CNC machining or a related field.
• Experience with multiple types of CNC machines (e.g., lathes, mills).
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications and production schedules.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to determine machining operations.
