This job role will support day-to-day operational activities and learn different operational processes of the organization. The role involves assisting the operations team, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring smooth workflow while developing professional skills required for operational management.

Requirements
B.Tech + MBA in Operations / Management / Engineering or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle operational challenges.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with teams.
Basic understanding of operational processes and project execution.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in operational tasks.
