The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and staff while managing incoming calls and scheduling meetings. They also provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document scanning.
Candidates should possess strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Prior experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
