Lead the transformation of the self-serve webshop into a major business line by optimizing acquisition, conversion, and international expansion. Establish the overall product function at IMAGO, managing the product team and defining the vision and operating model.
Senior product leader with a proven track record in growth for self-serve digital platforms and large-scale SEO-led growth. Must be analytical, KPI-driven, and fluent in English with experience leading cross-functional teams.

For almost 30 years, we’ve built a strong market position in Germany and continue evolving our platform to meet global digital demands. Our international team works closely together from our headquarters in the heart of Berlin.
This is a newly created, CEO-facing role with end-to-end ownership for developing our self-serve webshop into a major business line and, at the same time, establishing a strong product function across IMAGO as the overall Head of Product for our small product team.
