The Assistant Director of Industry Affairs fosters strategic alliances and manages relationships with external entities in the food and agriculture industry to advance organizational priorities. This role involves advocating on regulatory issues, developing policy positions, and coordinating educational programs for members.
Typically requires over 7 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and training. Candidates must be able to travel frequently throughout Illinois and work extended hours as business needs dictate.

Base Pay Range:
$74,400-$102,300The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
Incentive Pay:
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
