The role involves managing daily office operations in Berlin while providing administrative support to the HR team, including recruiting, onboarding, and payroll preparation. You will also be responsible for maintaining office facilities, coordinating events, and serving as the primary point of contact for guests and service providers.
Candidates must have a completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification along with professional experience in office management or HR. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and experience with Personio is considered an advantage.
