Lead and develop the finance, controlling, HR, and office management departments while optimizing commercial and administrative processes. Responsible for financial closures, reporting to the CFO and CEO, and managing relationships with tax advisors and banks.
Requires a degree in business administration or similar with a focus on finance and several years of leadership experience in administration and controlling. Must have deep knowledge of HGB accounting and experience in SMEs, ideally within software development or engineering.
