The Business Development Manager will grow and maintain customer relationships while identifying and converting new leads within assigned territories. Responsibilities also include managing company events and providing detailed weekly sales reports to the VP of Operations.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds are also required.

The successful Business Development Manager can work in a fast-paced work environment while gaining extensive knowledge of the Company's service offerings and rental equipment fleet.

Stranco delivers precision-driven industrial services, equipment rentals, calibration, and valve solutions for the oil & gas, petrochemical, refining, and pipeline industries across the Permian Basin and Gulf Coast. We operate across three core divisions: Field Services Hydrostatic pressure testing (hydro testing), bolt-up and torquing (controlled bolting), cold cutting, on-site machining, and flange management—supporting system integrity, compliance, and critical path execution. Equipment Rentals, Calibration & Certification Specialty rental equipment including hydraulic torque tools, hydrostatic test units, pumps, chart recorders, and digital pressure recorders—paired with instrumentation calibration, pressure gauge verification, and certification services to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance. Valve Division (VR & NBIC Certified) Pressure Safety Valve (PSV) testing, inspection, repair, and certification in accordance with VR certification and National Board (NBIC) standards—ensuring valve integrity and operational safety. Stranco supports upstream, midstream, and downstream operations, including refineries, petrochemical plants, pipelines, turnarounds, outages, maintenance programs, and capital projects—helping reduce downtime and improve asset reliability. With operations across key Gulf Coast locations in Texas and Louisiana, as well as Odessa (Permian Basin), we provide rapid response and field-proven execution where it matters most.
