Drive referral and revenue growth within the Austin territory through the execution of business development strategies and market analysis. Partner with sales and field operations leadership to manage growth channels and maintain a disciplined pipeline of opportunities.
Requires an Associate's degree or equivalent experience in exercise science or related fields, with a Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in sales or healthcare, demonstrating strong business acumen and relationship management skills.
As Business Development Manager, you will drive referral and revenue growth within an assigned territory through disciplined execution of ATI Physical Therapy's business development strategy.
You will operate within a pod structure and are accountable for territory performance and contribution to pod success. You will partner with sales and field operations leadership to complete market analyses, align territory strategy, and generate overall referral growth and volume. You will drive sales results through key growth channels, targeted development events, and market activity.
This is a territory field sales position.
Territory includes Austin, TX and surrounding areas Kyle, Bastrop, Lakeway, Buda, Manor, and Katy, TX
We offer a competitive compensation package with annual base salary plus quarterly Sales Incentive plan.
