Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for large tonnage chillers and applied assets, providing national technical escalation and diagnostic support. Develop training programs to upskill technicians and contribute technical insight to capital equipment purchasing decisions.
Requires a minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting large tonnage air-cooled and water-cooled chillers. Must be able to travel at least 50% of the time and be available for 24/7 emergency technical support.

Job Title: Technical Specialist
Reports To: National Applied Lead
FLSA Status: Exempt
As a Technical Specialist, you will be the primary Subject Matter Expert on large tonnage air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, as well as all Applied Assets. You will address complex field issues, develop training programs, and assist in equipment investment decisions. This autonomous role reports directly to leadership and supports a national team of specialists across North America. You will enhance the effectiveness of technicians by providing expert troubleshooting support, hands-on training, and mentorship.
