Requires 3+ years of hands-on CNC machining and programming experience, specifically with multi-axis milling and turning. A technical degree is preferred along with proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
Hurco Companies, Inc. is seeking a technically-minded CNC Machinist or Applications Specialist to join our team at our Corporate Headquarters in Indianapolis.
This is not a software development role. We are looking for someone with strong CNC machining experience who enjoys troubleshooting, testing new technology, and helping customers and internal teams maximize machine performance.
As a Software Support Engineer, you will serve as the machining expert for Hurco's CNC control software and machine functionality. You will work closely with our service, sales, and engineering teams to test software enhancements, validate machining applications, troubleshoot customer issues, and provide technical support and training.
