Develop and maintain profitable indirect lending relationships with RV and Marine dealers within a specific market. Manage dealer sales, provide staff training, and identify new business opportunities to grow the portfolio.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in B2B financial services sales. Candidates must be able to travel 80% of the time and possess strong negotiation and communication skills.
As a RV & Marine Relationship Manager, you will develop and maintain profitable, quality indirect lending relationships with RV & Marine dealers within a market. Products offered as part of a moderate to large portfolio would include Dealer originated RV/Marine consumer loans and traditional banking products and services.
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
