The Produce Manager is responsible for achieving gross profit and productivity goals while managing daily department operations and personnel. This includes ordering product, overseeing inventory rotation, and ensuring the department meets safety and housekeeping standards.
Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in temperature extremes, including cold storage environments. The role requires fluency in English, the ability to follow written and oral instructions, and a commitment to safety and company policies.
