The Team Member is responsible for greeting guests, preparing food orders, and maintaining high standards of food safety and restaurant cleanliness. They also handle cash transactions using the point of sale system and assist with light administrative paperwork.
Candidates must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The role requires the ability to operate a computerized point of sale system and adhere to all company quality and safety standards.
Description
The Team Member greets and serves guests, prepares product, maintains food safety and sanitation standards, and handles or processes light paperwork. Exceptional guest service is a major component of this position.
Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized point of sale system/cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Full time/part time and day shift/night shift/weekend shift positions vary by location.
