Safely operate and maintain a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver materials to designated job sites. Coordinate with dispatchers regarding job conditions and maintain accurate records of test results and delivery times.
Candidates must possess a Class B CDL and have previous experience driving ready-mix trucks. A high school diploma or GED is required along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

The Ready Mix Concrete Truck Driver is responsible for safely delivering ready-mix concrete to designated job sites. We offer competitive pay with regular increases, shift differentials, quarterly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match. We are a strong, growing organization seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team. Hourly pay is based on experience. The starting pay begins at $28 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $40 per hour with shift differentials. 1. Perform daily pre-trip inspection and preventative maintenance of vehicle.
2. Complete daily truck inspection list.
3. Operate ready mix truck.
4. Drive to job sites to deliver material.
5. Report to dispatcher any job conditions and test results to improve production and promote safety.
6. Keep assigned unit clean. Request time for cleaning as needed. Trucks are rolling advertisements.
7. Safe operation of vehicle.
8. Customer satisfaction.
9. Record test results and time on daily tickets.
10. Efficient use of work time.
11. Communicate to dispatcher jobsite information.

Requirements
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
· Class B CDL required
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
