Lead Hexium's federal engagement strategy by building relationships with the DOE, NNSA, NRC, and Congress. Manage strategic federal agreements and non-dilutive funding mechanisms to accelerate technology commercialization.
Requires 10+ years of experience in federal government affairs with existing relationships in the nuclear enterprise and a bachelor's degree. Must be eligible for a DOE Q-level security clearance and have experience with federal funding mechanisms.

The Vice President of Government Affairs reports directly to the CEO and leads Hexium's federal engagement strategy. Working closely with the executive leadership team, you'll build trusted relationships across the Department of Energy (DOE), National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Congress, and other key federal stakeholders while advancing government partnerships and strategic funding opportunities that support the company's long-term objectives.
This is a strategic leadership role that combines government affairs, federal partnerships, and commercialization strategy to help position Hexium as a trusted long-term partner in strengthening America's nuclear fuel cycle.
