You will support the team in building strong creator partnerships, developing scalable campaigns, and advancing the ambassador program. Additionally, you will be involved in creator research, briefing, tracking, and UGC evaluation to drive brand growth.
You must be currently enrolled in a degree program such as Marketing, Communications, Media, or Business Administration and be available for at least five months. Proficiency in German (at least C1 level) and a strong affinity for social media trends and brand aesthetics are required.
Als Pflichtpraktikant:in im Influencer Marketing bist du nicht einfach nur „dabei“ – du wirst ein aktiver Teil unseres Brand- & Growth-Teams und arbeitest an echten Projekten mit echtem Impact. Wenn du aktuell Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien, BWL oder etwas Vergleichbares studierst und Lust hast, für mindestens fünf Monate praktische Erfahrung im Konsumgüterbereich zu sammeln, bist du bei uns genau richtig.
Du unterstützt uns dabei, starke Creator-Partnerschaften aufzubauen, skalierbare Kampagnen zu entwickeln und unser Ambassador-Programm weiterzuentwickeln. Du bringst deine Ideen ein, treibst Dinge proaktiv voran und lernst, wie datengetriebenes und markenstarkes Influencer Marketing heute funktioniert.
Ob Creator-Recherche, Briefing, Tracking oder UGC-Auswertung – du wirst mit allen Disziplinen vertraut gemacht und bekommst die Möglichkeit, dich sowohl kreativ als auch strategisch weiterzuentwickeln.
