Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. At least one year of experience working in a meat department is required.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Meat Clerk's role is to assist and support the Meat Department -- by providing a high level of customer service and practice safe food handling procedures and performs a variety of tasks.
