Client Care Associates provide front-of-house support by welcoming clients, booking appointments, and managing clinical histories. They also collaborate with the veterinary team to keep clients informed and assist with animal handling during examinations.
Applicants must be experienced in carefully handling and restraining animals for clinical examinations. Candidates should also possess excellent communication skills and a calm, solution-oriented approach.

CCAs collaborate with the veterinary team to keep clients updated and informed digitally. Our CCAs are the friendly face of Hello Vet.
Applicants should be experienced in carefully handling and restraining animals for clinical examinations.

What you’ll receive:
£27,000 annually (Pro Rata) 40 hours a week
Equity within the business.

We also offer private medical insurance coverage to support you looking after your health, not only your pets
