The Territory Manager is responsible for servicing and growing sales within an existing account base while prospecting for new business in the assigned territory. Duties include conducting face-to-face sales, merchandising products, and maintaining accurate records via CRM software.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of success and strong closing skills. Excellent communication, organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required for this role.

Currently, we are seeking to hire an experienced, self-starting, motivated, Territory Manager to provide retail field customer service to our retail clients in the Washington DC, Northern Virginia and the Metro Maryland areas. This position would have a focus within our Home Fragrance and Accessories sales division.
