The Assistant Store Manager will lead by example to create memorable customer connections while collaborating with the Store Manager on operational tasks. They are responsible for training the team, managing stock volumes, and ensuring the store meets its budgets and KPIs.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in visual merchandising and team development within a retail environment. They must be driven, enthusiastic, and capable of managing high stock volumes and operational store requirements.
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Bonds Narellan Store.
This is a part-time position at 30.5 hours/week.
