The Reliability Engineer will develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies to maximize equipment performance and minimize operational risk. They will perform failure analysis, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability of critical assets.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline and possess 5 to 10 years of relevant industrial experience. The role requires United States citizenship and the ability to pass federal background checks and drug tests.

Our technical expertise is paired with an exceptional team of business development, human resources, finance and accounting, information technology, and marketing professionals, all of whom play a key role in bringing our commitments to life every day.
Support the Scorpius Accelerator by developing reliability strategies that maximize equipment performance and minimize operational risk. You will evaluate failure modes, improve maintenance programs, and work with cross functional teams to ensure critical assets remain safe, reliable, and available.
Travel: Occasional travel is expected to support project meetings and coordination with partner sites.
The expected base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $165,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
