The Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. This includes facilitating interactive sessions, creating training materials, and measuring program effectiveness through metrics.
Candidates need 3+ years of experience in training or instructional design and a strong understanding of adult learning principles. Proficiency in training technologies like LMS, Zoom, or Teams is required, with automotive experience and professional certifications preferred.
This person will be responsible to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. The Trainer will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning by implementing effective instructional methods, utilizing adult learning principles, and measuring training effectiveness.
Expected salary range- $66,528 - $99,972
