The Property Caretaker is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and operational efficiency of unmanned storage facilities through cleaning, light pest control, and property upkeep. They must also ensure site security by performing routine inspections, lock audits, and inventory counts.
Candidates must possess strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, along with a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance. The role requires the physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50lbs and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Tasks are assigned via a mobile app, so having a mobile phone with reliable service is required in this role. It also requires reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance to drive between the facilities. Mileage for travel between facilities is reimbursed at the federal rate.
