Support the transformation of the accounts payable function by implementing AI-powered automation tools to improve efficiency and accuracy. Manage the end-to-end invoice to payment cycle, including vendor maintenance, payment runs, and month-end activities.
Previous experience in finance or accounts payable is beneficial, along with a degree in Accounting/Finance or an AAT qualification. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail and an interest in finance systems and emerging AI technologies.

The day to day
We’re looking for a proactive and detail orientated Accounts Payable (AP) Automation Assistant to join our Finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to support the transformation of our accounts payable function as we implement AI powered automation tools to improve efficiency, accuracy and visibility across our finance processes.
Working closely with the Accounts Payable Manager, you'll support the end-to-end invoice to payment cycle with a focus on shifting manual data entry to automated workflows, ensuring high accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in financial operations.
