The Patient Services Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for patients and visitors both in person and over the telephone. They are responsible for building positive relationships with students and faculty within the school environment.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED. One year of prior work experience in a medical organization is preferred.
$17.50 an hour
Grace Health is looking for a Patient Services Assistant to join our School-Based programs. You are the first point of contact to patients and visitors in person or over the telephone. Working hours would be 7:15 am -3:45 pm Monday – Friday all year round. The ideal candidate will develop relationships within the school buildings, not just with the students but faculty as well. To be a successful Patient Services Assistant, you must be detail-orientated and have the ability to multitask under pressure.
