The driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of products to customers while adhering to all traffic laws and DOT regulations. Key tasks include performing vehicle inspections, loading and unloading cargo, and maintaining accurate delivery records.
Candidates must possess a valid State-Issued Driver's License and have at least one year of experience driving Class C bobtail trucks. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with the ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.

We care about our employees as we do every aspect of our business. We are currently in a transition period of rapid growth, and we are seeking a seasoned Operator to help us fuel our headway!
The Drivers will be tasked with maintaining safe driving practices and ensuring that the product is delivered to the customer securely and on time. It is essential for drivers to demonstrate professionalism and maintain consistent attendance and punctuality and possess a valid driver’s license. The primary responsibility of the driver is to ensure the vehicle's safety while following company guidelines for the efficient delivery of products to specified locations.
Perform daily vehicle inspection report.
Ability to work in fast paced environment, Maneuvering and handling of products repetitively.
Ability to meet physical demands of the job (Lifting/Carrying up to 35lbs, etc.)
Follow all DOT regulations and standards.
Drivers are expected to load/unload by hand and or with electrical pallet jacks.
Requires to breakdown product and hand deliver to the customer inside the store.
Excellent customer communication and service skills.
Ability to navigate safely and efficiently to designated addresses.
Ensure proper loading and securing of goods for transportation.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle roadworthiness.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations (federal, state, and local) while operating the vehicle.
Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries, considering traffic and weather conditions.
Communicate effectively with supervisor and customers to coordinate deliveries and address any issues that may arise.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions with the delivery vehicle promptly to the Supervisor/Manager.
Ability to work flexible work schedule and shifts, including weekends if needed.
Work Experience Requirements/Qualifications for This Role
High school diploma/GED or equivalent
Must have a valid State-Issued Driver’s License
1 year driving Class C bobtail trucks or related experience
Ability to demonstrate initiative and to work with minimum supervision
Load and Unload trucks
Carrying/Lifting cargo 25-35lbs
Ensuring proof of delivery confirmation (Invoice/Bill of landing)
Schedule
Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends required)
Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm (Overtime Available)
