Act as the first point of contact for global IT requests and handle employee onboarding including hardware and access setup. Contribute to knowledge management through FAQs and procedures while maintaining IT services and documentation.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, student status, and a strong knowledge of computer technologies. Proficiency in English and the ability to work at least 25 hours per week are required.

First point of contact for IT requests with employees worldwide. -
Onboarding new employees, including hardware preparation and granting access rights.
Active participation in the development of knowledge management, including FAQs, procedures, and training materials.
Installation, administration, maintenance, and documentation of IT services.
Good knowledge of popular computer technologies and applications
Problem-solving skills and above-average communication skills
Very good English
Bachelor's degree
Availability for at least 25 hours per week
