The Resident Engineer acts as an Owner Agent to provide construction management and inspection services for various transportation and transit projects. Responsibilities include managing field personnel, negotiating change orders, monitoring project schedules and budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and proficiency in MS Office. Preferred qualifications include CCM certification, experience with Primavera P6, and a 10-hour OSHA safety course.
