The General Assistant is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety across all gym areas, including fitness spaces and changing rooms. They must also manage waste disposal, monitor cleaning supplies, and report any maintenance or health and safety concerns promptly.
Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. While previous cleaning or facilities experience is desirable, it is not strictly required as full training will be provided.

As a General Assistant (Cleaner), you'll play a vital role in creating that experience. From maintaining immaculate gym floors and changing facilities to supporting the overall presentation of the club, your work will help ensure every member enjoys a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
This is a 20-hour-per-week position, ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has great attention to detail and enjoys being part of a team that delivers high standards every day.
As a General Assistant (Cleaner), you'll help maintain exceptional standards across all areas of the club, ensuring members always enjoy a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
