The Senior Billing Specialist is responsible for processing high-volume monthly project billings for public-sector engineering projects while ensuring compliance with contracts and fee schedules. This role involves monitoring project budgets, coordinating with Project Managers to resolve billing inquiries, and maintaining accurate records for audits.
Candidates must have over 5 years of project billing experience in the AEC industry, specifically with New Jersey public sector contracts and agencies like NJDOT and NJTPA. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required, and proficiency in Deltek VantagePoint is highly preferred.

Compensation
The projected compensation range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, education and skill set.
