Unsere mehrfach preisgekrönte SaaS-Lösung optimiert seit 2014 Fundraising-Kampagnen und steigert die verfügbaren Mittel unserer Kunden signifikant. Seit 2020 gehen wir noch einen Schritt weiter: Mit unserem vollständig gemanagten Face-to-Face-Fundraising Kampagnenservice steuern und optimieren wir wichtige Projekte ganzheitlich, eröffnen neue Potenziale und bewegen als ambitioniertes Scale-up Millionenbudgets für den guten Zweck.
Um unser operatives Wachstum auf dem nächsten Level abzusichern, suchen wir eine vielseitige, umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit direkt an der Schnittstelle zur operativen Führungsebene. In dieser Rolle agierst du als rechte Hand unseres Geschäftsführers, der tief im operativen Management verankert ist. Intern besetzt du damit die Schlüsselposition als Managed Campaigns International Assistant.
Echtes Allround-Talent & Ownership: Als operative Assistenz des Geschäftsführers springst du genau dort ein, wo es brennt. Du funktionierst wie ein „Schweizer Taschenmesser“ – du identifizierst Probleme eigenständig, wartest nicht auf Anweisungen und tust pragmatisch genau das, was notwendig ist, um den Erfolg der Kampagnen abzusichern.
Agiles Multitasking: Du bewegst dich mühelos im internationalen Kontext und springst flexibel zwischen unterschiedlichsten operativen Aufgaben, Organisationen und Ländern hin und her.
Standplatz-Akquise & Kommunikation: Mit deiner gewinnenden Persönlichkeit führst du persönliche Gespräche auf Augenhöhe und sicherst wichtige Standplatzgenehmigungen für unsere Partner im In- und Ausland.
Qualitätsmanagement & Optimierung: Du wirfst einen genauen Blick auf die laufenden Managed Campaigns, unterstützt im operativen Qualitätsmanagement und trägst aktiv zur kontinuierlichen Kampagnenoptimierung bei.
Team-Support: Du hältst dem Success & Growth Team den Rücken frei und unterstützt es operativ dabei, unsere NGO-Partner bestmöglich, effizient und professionell zu betreuen.
Sprachtalent: Du besitzt exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für unser internationales Umfeld. Jede weitere Sprache (insbesondere Italienisch, Französisch oder Spanisch) ist ein klarer Vorteil für die Kommunikation mit unseren internationalen Partnern.
