A high school diploma is required, while an associate degree in Fluid Power, Mechatronics, or a related field is highly preferred. Candidates should have at least 2 years of field service support experience and strong mechanical ability.

The Field Service Support Specialist assists customers to determine their needs, provides product training or retraining, develops and maintains relationships with customers, works on equipment while providing guidance on best practice in the use of, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
