We’re looking for a driven Field Sales & Customer Service Representative who thrives on independence, enjoys face-to-face interaction, and is motivated to both grow relationships and generate new business.

This is a field-first hybrid role—blending account management, customer service, and sales. You will be the face of our brand in your territory, ensuring existing clients receive exceptional service while actively expanding your book of business.

The Opportunity

 

You will take full ownership of your territory—managing client accounts, maintaining high service standards, and driving growth through new business development. Your success will come from delivering a premium client experience while identifying and converting new opportunities.

 

What You’ll Do

 

Own Your TerritoryManage your daily route independently, ensuring timely service, product refreshes, and consistent client satisfaction.

Deliver Exceptional ServiceMaintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by providing a high-quality, reliable experience.

Drive New Business GrowthProspect, network, and generate new leads through referrals, in-person outreach, and relationship building.

Expand Existing AccountsIdentify opportunities within current accounts to increase revenue and deepen partnerships.

Be a Brand AmbassadorRepresent Floral Image with professionalism, positivity, and a polished presence in every client interaction.

Compensation & Growth

• Base Salary: $50,000
• Commission Potential: Target earnings of $70,000+ for top performers
