The Command Center Associate is responsible for greeting customers and managing the storage buy pick-up process using the company's car topper program. They must also maintain product knowledge, assist customers with selections, and ensure the store remains clean and stocked according to brand standards.
Candidates must have at least one year of retail sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and the physical capacity to lift up to 60 pounds are required.

PHYSICAL/SENSORY REQUIREMENTS
Physical Work – Ability exert 30 – 60 pounds of force occasionally, and or 20-30 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry push, pull, or otherwise move objects. The employee is often required to use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
