Responsible for achieving sales budgets and ensuring an exceptional customer shopping experience through strategic merchandising and staff development. Manages daily store operations, including inventory accuracy, P&L analysis, and supervisory duties for store associates.
Requires three to five years of retail management experience with a proven ability to direct operations in high-volume locations. Must possess strong leadership, recruiting, and analytical skills, along with the physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

PHYSICAL/SENSORY REQUIREMENTS
Physical Work – Ability exert 30 – 60 pounds of force occasionally, and or 20-30 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry push, pull, or otherwise move objects. The employee is often required to use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
