The Automation Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and modifying automation and robotic system components to ensure continuous operation. This includes performing scheduled preventive maintenance and collaborating with the automation team to qualify new systems.
Candidates typically need an Associate's degree or equivalent vocational training and 5 years of related experience. Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and knowledge of PLCs, SMT, and PCBA is preferred.

Reporting to the Equipment Maintenance Supervisor the Automation Technician role supports automation engineering services activities such as hardware and software design and development (non-production)
