Role and Responsibilities
Learn the following tasks to operate various machines within the digital printing department. Works closely with Lead Digital Printer to meet schedules, attention to details, graphic files, and quality of work performed by department.
Work with members of department to learn to print high quality graphics that will be manufactured into various visual communication products.
Set up and run fabric through the wash line
Start up and understand the operation of loop steamer
Maintenance
Color matching
Spare parts
Raw Materials

Work with members of department to learn to print high quality graphics that will be manufactured into various visual communication products.
Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely completion of production schedules
Perform assigned tasks within the overall workflow that produces a product that meets or exceeds customers’ expectations
Meet quality standards at all times for all projects and provide recommendations for improvements
Load large rolls of paper and fabrics
Stack and organize fabric and material
General room cleaning and maintenance responsibility
Communicate within the organization with Printing, Graphics, and Operations in a professional manner
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects
Ability to speak and read English fluently
Monday - Friday Day shift
