The Utility Attendant is responsible for cleaning kitchen equipment, floors, walls, and loading docks. Additionally, they assist with food preparation and the removal of trash to maintain facility standards.
Candidates must have knowledge of cleaning practices and the ability to operate cleaning equipment. The role requires the ability to perform heavy lifting within a kitchen environment.
This position has a competitive wage, depending on experience. Primary Responsibilities:
1. Clean all kitchen items including: machines; floors; and walls.
2. Clean loading docks, restrooms and kitchen offices.
3. Assist floor cleaning and preparation of food items as needed.
4. Assist with training employees.
5. Remove trash as necessary.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
7. Comply with all Fisher Island Club standards (i.e., grooming, conduct, policies and procedures)
Education/Skills/Work Experience Required:
• Knowledge of cleaning practices and equipment operation.
