The Production Associate is responsible for the setup, operation, and teardown of audio, video, and lighting equipment for worship services and special events. They also assist in recruiting and training volunteers while ensuring all technical elements are executed to a high standard.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least two years of experience in live or broadcast audio. Strong technical skills, the ability to troubleshoot under pressure, and a heart for service are essential for this role.

This part-time Production Associate position will help spread the gospel throughout Central Florida with the ministry of CATC. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow in the areas of audio, video, lighting, stage, setup and tear down, and more. This is a great opportunity to serve in a fast-paced, growing ministry.
