Perform various levels of tree care including ground support, aerial lift operation, and climbing. Lead crews to ensure safety and productivity while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship in outdoor spaces.
Candidates must have a valid driver's license and the physical stamina to work in all weather conditions. Higher levels require a Class A CDL and Certified Arborist credentials.

Level 1: "Groundie" - $20-$22/hr
Level 2: "Advanced Groundie"-$22-$26/hr
Level 3: Aerial Lift Operator/Climber - $24-$30/hr
Level 4: Certified Arborist - Foreman/Sales - $30-$34/hr
All Positions: This role involves driving company vehicles and requires eligibility under our commercial auto insurance policy. Severe, recent, or frequent driving violations may affect qualification.
