What You'll Do

Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment
Load raw materials and prepare machines for production
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
Complete machine setups, changeovers, and minor adjustments
Accurately track production, material usage, and scrap
Maintain production and quality records
Use forklifts, computers, and scanning equipment
Communicate effectively with team members across shifts
Support a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
