Develop, optimize, and sustain SMT manufacturing processes from New Product Introduction through mass production. Drive yield improvement and process stability through root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and over 5 years of experience in SMT process engineering or PCBA manufacturing. Must have hands-on experience with pick-and-place systems, reflow ovens, and inspection equipment.
