In order to support these activities we are currently seeking an Account Services Representative, Research Business.
Key Responsibilities of Role:
The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while fostering strong, long-term client relationships. The ASR, Research Business, serves as the primary point of contact for Global Research customers, overseeing customer service relationships and ensuring a high standard of support throughout the customer journey.
The ASR, Research Business, is responsible for the day-to-day management of order processing, order tracking, and reporting, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely communication. This role develops, strengthens, and maintains relationships with existing clients to support and expand partnerships in global clinical research.
Working collaboratively with key customer stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams, the ASR, Research Business, establishes shared objectives, drives operational excellence, and ensures seamless execution of customer initiatives.
Specific / Other responsibilities will include:
· Ensure flawless execution of order processes, logistics, and tracking
· Establish strong customer service and business relationship with customer account(s) and internal stakeholders.
· Develop strong relationships with account’s procurement, project management, and forecasting
· Work with accounts’ product development teams to ensure NIOX is integrated in data report systems
· Prepare quotes and proposals as requested by customers
· Deliver on defined objectives specific to customer accounts.
· Maintain, protect, expand and enhance sales for NIOX with key account(s). Meet or exceed sales objectives.
· Actively participate in business planning meetings, internally and with customers
· Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.
Qualifications and/or experience required to perform the role:
· High school diploma required
· Bachelor's degree in communications or business is a plus
· Experience of order processing and logistics coordination.
· Robust customer service skills and the ability to deal with conflict and solve problems.
· Previous experience with SAP Business One a plus, but not required
· Strong attention to detail
· Strong communication skills
· Strong teamwork ethic, with a willingness to expand job functions to other areas when needed
· Basic knowledge and usage of Microsoft Office Software (ex. Excel, Word, Outlook)
Office Location
This position is based in Morrisville, NC, situated near the Research Triangle Park (RTP) and close to the RDU Airport. Our Morrisville office is a fully functioning division of the NIOX Group, PLC which is easily accessible from the surrounding areas. Our office also provides access to the great amenities in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill that the area has to offer and is a part of what has made it a Top 10 location to work in the US.
