We seek a highly motivated person to provide onsite/remote technical support, bridging the gap between local customer engineering teams and headquarters.
Key responsibilities include driving design-in activities for components (semiconductors, AI, embedded software), troubleshooting, system debugging, and managing technical relationships.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Support & Debugging: Act as the primary technical contact to resolve customer issues, including FA (Failure Analysis), debugging, and on-site support. This includes occasionally contributing directly to customer codebases.
- Build Customer Prototypes: Independently prototype new demo systems that incorporate customer products and femtoAI hardware/software, and prototype experimental software features directly for customers before they are officially released by femtoAI.
- Design-in/Design-win: Drive technical sales by influencing design wins, reviewing schematics, and providing layout feedback.
- Technical Consulting: Provide in-depth knowledge on product application, including system integration, AI model support, acoustics, and overall embedded systems.
- Product Validation: Validate new products, run simulations, and provide feedback on customer applications to the headquarters.
- Documentation: Create technical training materials, customer reports, and documentation in English and Korean.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years (Senior: 8+ years) of experience in the semiconductor, or electronics industry.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of TWS/OWS Digital Appliance, and Smart Glasses architecture or similar consumer electronics. PCB prototyping (schematic and layout) and bring-up, Firmware (C/C++), and basic test scripting (Python)
Language: Native Korean and fluent English, both written and verbal.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
