Lead the design of RFIC power amplifiers from architecture through tapeout and validation. Perform simulations and layout development to meet performance targets for gain, linearity, and bandwidth.
Requires a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of experience in RF power amplifier design up to 60GHz. Proficiency in RFIC simulation tools and experience with SOI or SiGe technologies is essential.

As an RFIC Power Amplifier Design Engineer, you will play a central role in shaping PA designs that support next-generation communications and high-performance RF systems.
