The Municipal Site Inspector will oversee and document contractor compliance with contractual requirements and perform accurate measurements of work for payment processing. They are also responsible for preparing daily site reports, verifying onsite materials, and ensuring as-constructed drawings are completed accurately.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 8 years of inspection experience and hold a C. Tech, C.E.T., or P.Eng designation. A thorough understanding of municipal construction standards, including OPSS/OPSD, and a valid G license are required.

In this role, you will be a part of the Construction Services team, of the infrastructure sector based in Brampton office and have the opportunity to work on linear and vertical (treatment plants, pumping stations) municipal projects.

The salary range for this role is between $75K-$90K. The actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
