Requirements:

  • Outbound reachout to prospects via  Instagram/LinkedIn/Facebook/Youtube/cold call/etc on a daily basis.

  • Responsible for lead generation

  • Responsible for business development and achieving set targets in Individual capacity.

  • Identify and engage with key prospects, showcasing the benefits of our SaaS offerings

  • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients

  • Work on increasing the TOFU and actively launching new Sales funnels to increase leads for the team as well

  • Work Closely with their team to conduct regular Sales Forecasting and ensure their team’s targets are met.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute go-to-market plans.

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for their team and Prepare regular reports highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in SaaS Sales.

  • 3-4 years of experience in an early-stage start-up environment and inherent hustle factor would be an advantage 

  • Fluent communication and strong analytical skills 

  • Team Building, Mentoring and Leadership Skills
